Your State Privacy Law Rights

Access

You have the right to request confirmation of whether Rawfares.com is processing your personal information and to access the personal information we maintain about you. Your information will be provided in a portable format unless it is technically infeasible to do so.

Under the CCPA, you may request:

  • The specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  • The categories of personal information collected, sources of collection, business/commercial purposes for collection or “sale/sharing,” and categories of third parties with whom we disclose your personal information.

Deletion

You may request that Rawfares.com delete personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain legal exceptions. We will delete your personal information accordingly once we verify your request and confirm that deletion is required under applicable law.

Correction

You have the right to request corrections of any inaccuracies in your personal information. We will consider the nature of the information and the purposes of processing when evaluating your request.

Opt-Out of Sales, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

You have the right to opt out of:

  • The “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information.
  • Processing of your personal information for “targeted advertising.”

Rawfares.com may share or process personal information (such as identifiers, commercial information, or internet/network activity) with advertising, marketing, and analytics partners (e.g., ad agencies, social media platforms, adtech providers) using pixels, cookies, or similar tracking technologies. These activities constitute “sales,” “shares,” or processing for “targeted advertising,” and you may opt out via:

  • The Your Privacy Choices toggle on our website, or
  • Global Privacy Control (GPC) settings (learn more).

These opt-outs apply at the browser level for the device you use and are on a per-website basis.

In limited cases, we may upload your email address to advertising or analytics partners for similar purposes. You may opt out of email-based “sales/shares/targeted advertising” using our Email Opt-Out Form. This does not opt you out of marketing emails.

The Your Privacy Choices link is displayed in the website footer for residents of states with opt-out rights (e.g., California) based on geolocation detected via IP address.

These opt-out rights may not apply when advertising/analytics partners are restricted to processing data solely on our behalf.

Rawfares.com does not have actual knowledge of selling or sharing personal information of individuals under the age of 16.

Exercising Your Rights

To exercise your rights to access, deletion, or correction of your personal information, you may:

To opt out of sales as well as shares or processing of personal information for targeted advertising, you may:

  • Use the Your Privacy Choices link on our website or your Global Privacy Control (GPC)
  • Use our Email Opt-Out Form, as described above.

Please allow a reasonable time for us to process your requests. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request to ensure the security of your personal information.

Verifying Your Request

Only you, or someone you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a request related to your personal information. For requests regarding access, deletion, correction, or opt-out of marketing/advertising, we may require verification before fulfilling your request.

Verification may require:

  • Providing sufficient information to reasonably confirm that you are the person about whom the personal information was collected.
  • Confirming that an authorized agent has the right to act on your behalf.
  • Submission from an email address you control, or relevant details such as a previous booking number associated with your account.

We will only use the personal information you provide for verification purposes. Requests cannot be processed if your identity or authority cannot be verified.

Additional notes:
