For the purposes of our Price Match Promise, major OTA competitors include U.S.-based travel sites such as Expedia.com, Orbitz.com, Priceline.com and Travelocity.com.
To submit a Price Match Promise request, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via email to start your request.
- Provide Details: Include your Rawfares.com reservation number and share all details of the competing offer such as airline, itinerary, travel dates, number of passengers and fare total.
- Submit Proof: Add clear evidence of the lower fare like a screenshot or link to the direct webpage so that our team can check it.
- Receive Confirmation: After the information is confirmed, you can either proceed with your current booking and get a refund for the difference in price or cancel your booking and get a full refund.
Certain exceptions apply to the Price Match Promise. The policy does not cover exclusive membership discounts, corporate or group rates, promotional coupon fares or special incentive programs. It also excludes bulk, vacation package, student, military, government or “web-only” fares, as well as prices from bidding or auction platforms or fares where airline details are hidden until after purchase. Pricing errors or technical mistakes are not eligible for a price match.
